The final match of the season got off to an ominous start when the opposition turned up on time and started practising!
CB&I chose to bat, and could only manage 31 from the first 10 overs, Rob Patterson bowling excellently to get 3 wickets for just 7 runs. They picked up the run rate somewhat after this and managed to post 123, Stuart Lumsden getting hit for 24 in a single over.
Andy Clemson again looked like he could bat all day, until he got bowled. A string of fast hitting took CIPA to an unexpected easy victory, and cemented the 100% winning season.
